Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Ask Emma may use secure artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with administrative tasks such as summarising consultation notes, drafting educational resources and preparing documentation.
All AI-generated content is reviewed by Emma before use. AI is used only to assist with administration and documentation. All clinical decisions and recommendations are made solely by Emma.

Sharing your information

Your personal information will remain confidential and will not be shared without your consent unless:
  • Required by law
  • Necessary to protect your safety or the safety of another person
  • Required under mandatory reporting obligations
With your consent, information may be shared with your GP, child health nurse, paediatrician or other healthcare providers involved in your or your child’s care.

Accessing your information

You may request access to your personal information or ask for corrections if you believe it is inaccurate. Requests can be made by contacting Ask Emma.
