Lactation Support
Antenatal Lactation Consultation
$120 | Up to 60 minutes
Prepare for breastfeeding before your baby arrives with personalised evidence-based support.
We will discuss your feeding goals and previous feeding experiences. We will cover what to expect in the early days, establishing milk supply, positioning and attachment, expressing, common feeding challenges and any questions you may have. Ideally booked between 34–36 weeks of pregnancy.
Post Birth Lactation Consultation - Home Visit
$250 | Up to 90 minutes
A comprehensive 90-minute lactation consultation in the comfort of your own home, tailored to you and your baby.
We can explore feeding concerns, assess feeding and milk transfer, and develop a practical, individualised plan to support your feeding goals.
Suitable for your first appointment with me after your baby is born. Due to additional travel time, home visits incur a higher fee and are available within 15 km of the Ask Emma Clinic.
Post Birth Lactation Consultation - Clinic Visit
$175 | Up to 90 minutes
A comprehensive 90-minute lactation consultation in my private Bundaberg clinic, tailored to you and your baby.
We can explore feeding concerns, assess feeding and milk transfer, and develop a practical, individualised plan to support your feeding goals. Suitable for your first appointment with me after your baby is born.
Post Birth Lactation Consultation - Follow up
$120 - $180 | Up to 60 minutes
Sometimes, one session isn’t enough. These follow-ups are available for ongoing support in my clinic for clients who I have already seen for an Initial appointment either in my clinic or at their home.
Please Note there are times that despite ongoing support breastfeeding may not be fully achievable. When this occurs we will work together to find a feeding plan that best supports the families needs. Refunds are not provided based on outcomes.
Lactation Support Package
$320 | Antenatal and Post Birth Support
Feel prepared and supported from pregnancy through the early weeks with your new baby. This package includes a 60-minute antenatal lactation consultation in the Ask Emma Clinic at approximately 34–36 weeks of pregnancy, followed by a comprehensive 90-minute post-birth lactation consultation in your home.
We will discuss your feeding goals, what to expect in the early days, establishing your milk supply, positioning and attachment, expressing and common feeding challenges. After your baby arrives, we can assess feeding and milk transfer, explore any concerns and develop a practical, individualised plan to support you and your baby.
Package price: $320 (save $50).
A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the service being completed This will be invoiced to you separately.
Home visits are available within 15 km of the Ask Emma office. Additional travel may be available by arrangement and may incur an additional fee.
Sleep Support
Newborn Sleep Foundations - Phone
$250 | Up to 45 minutes
A 45-minute phone consultation designed for families with babies aged 0–12 weeks. Learn what is normal for newborn sleep, how to support healthy sleep habits from the beginning, safe sleep practices, settling techniques, feeding and sleep using and age-appropriate routines.Includes practical advice and a selection of evidence-based handouts to help you feel confident in the early weeks with your baby.
Please note: This plan does not include a full sleep training plan. At this age, the focus is on gentle strategies that support health sleep foundations rather than formal sleep training. The full balance is payable prior to your consultation.
Sleep Discovery Call
Free | 15 minutes
A complimentary 15-minute call to briefly discuss your child’s sleep, your main concerns and what you would like support with.
This call is designed to help determine whether my sleep support service is the right fit for your family and answer any questions you may have before booking.
Sleep Strategy Consultation - Phone
$350 | Up to 60 minutes
A 60-minute phone consultation for families looking for personalised sleep advice without a comprehensive sleep package. We will discuss your child's current sleep, identify the factors affecting their sleep and develop practical strategies to help you move forward. Includes practical advice and relevant evidence-based handouts.
This consultation does not include an individualised written sleep plan or follow-up support but does include general handouts to support you with implementing the changes.
A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the service being completed. This will be invoiced to you separately.
Complete Sleep Support Package
$600 | 45 minutes + 1 week follow up
Ready to get started? This comprehensive package is designed to provide personalised support throughout your sleep journey. It includes a 45-minute phone consultation to discuss your child's sleep history, routines and goals followed by a comprehensive individualised sleep plan tailored to your family. You will also receive one week of follow up support including 3x30minute phone calls to guide you and make small changes as needed, helping you feel supported every step of the way

The Ultimate Sleep Support Package
$950 | Home Visit + 2 weeks follow up
Personalised sleep support for families wanting more than a quick fix.
This package includes a 60min comprehensive initial consultation completed over the phone, a personalised written sleep plan, a 30min plan walkthrough call to answer any questions before you get started, an in home consult (within 15km of the ask Emma office) to work one on one with you at one of your child's day naps offering guidance and support and six 20min review calls over two weeks.
Your child’s sleep will be considered as part of the bigger picture, including their age, development, temperament, feeding, sleep environment and your family’s goals. Together, we will work towards realistic and sustainable changes using an approach that you feel comfortable and confident implementing.
A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the service being completed This will be invoiced to you separately.
Please Note: The home visit is for me to work alongside you to observe, guide, reassure and troubleshoot — not to take over the settling process or put your child to sleep for you. The aim is to help you feel more confident implementing the techniques independently.

A relaxed 60min personalised consultation for families looking for reassurance, practical guidance or a little extra support in their own home.
You might have an unsettled baby, need help with bottle feeding or understanding formula options or simply want some hands-on guidance with everyday baby care including bottle feeding, burping, bathing, swaddling and understanding your baby’s cues.
No big problem is needed to book — sometimes you just need practical support and the opportunity to ask questions.
Offered within 15km of Ask Emma Office.
Reassurance Check - Clinic
$120 | 60 minutes
A relaxed 60min personalised consultation for families looking for reassurance, practical guidance or a little extra support.
You might have an unsettled baby, need help with bottle feeding or understanding formula options or simply want some hands-on guidance with everyday baby care including bottle feeding, burping, bathing, swaddling, settling and understanding your baby’s cues.
No big problem is needed to book — sometimes you just need reassurance, practical support and the opportunity to ask questions.

Complete New Baby Support Package

Comprehensive support from pregnancy through the early weeks with your new baby.
This package includes a 60-minute antenatal lactation consultation in the Ask Emma Clinic, an antenatal expressing kit, two 2-hour post-birth home support visits and a batch of lactation cookies.
Your antenatal consultation (provided at the Ask Emma Clinic) is usually booked at around 34–36 weeks of pregnancy and is tailored to your feeding goals, previous experiences and individual needs.
After your baby arrives, your two home visits provide practical, hands-on support with feeding, settling, newborn care and adjusting to life with your new baby. Having two separate post-birth visits allows support to be tailored as your needs change during the early weeks.
Home visits are available within 15 km of the Ask Emma office. Additional travel may be available by arrangement and may incur an additional fee.
