A booking fee is payable at the time of booking for most consultations to secure your appointment. The amount required will be clearly shown before payment. Booking fees are deducted from the total cost of your service.

The remaining balance for your consultation is payable after your Appointment. Sleep Support Packages have a different payment process which will be explained when booking. Additional time, travel or products may incur an extra cost and will always be discussed with you.

Booking fees are non-refundable where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided for cancellation or rescheduling.
